Well, my tenant improvements have been coming along, albeit slowly. So far the office framing, electrical and plumbing is nearly all done.
The carving the trench for the drains was a bit of a challenge, because we discovered 13 conduit pipes running directly under the slab, meaning the slope will be very shallow at best. We discussed with the city the situation, they don't seem to think it's too big of a problem. Lets just hope!
Next stage after the framing, electrical and plumbing inspections is the insulation, drywall and paint and t-bar ceilings. I can't wait to move in.
